Luz Muñoz will attend with her paper «Environmental NGOs litigation in a multilevel system of governance» in the Paper sesion IRC on Climate Change — Regulating Climate Change: Litigation and Governance Strategies.

Climate change poses serious challenges for policy-makers at almost every level of governance, spanning from local efforts to adapt to flooding to international treaty development and litigation campaigns. In this panel, the IRC on Climate Change presents papers that analyze this array of strategies for governing large-scale environmental problems.
